The Dr. Oz show recently did an episode on ECT (Electro Convulsive Therapy), aka Shock Therapy, and it's use for Major Depression.  We've learned that there will be a follow up episode that discusses TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) as another option.  We are excited that this is going to be airing this month and will post an update just as soon as we know more.

TMS is a wonderful option for someone suffering with Major Depression who is not finding help from medications.  And, unlike ECT, there are no side effects.
